Notes on Kite Aerial Photography: Thumbnail Gallery
|
These images emerge from a session when the wind was light and the camera would only fly on occasion. The images show the current state of a full-scale reconstruction of a hard-working San Francisco Bay Area fishing boat:-- a Chinese Shrimp Junk.-- being built by the Small Craft Department of San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park, in conjunction with China Camp State Park. Source images are 1704 x 2272 pixel jpg files from the Canon S400 Digital Elph.

Explanatory note. This page was created using Photoshop 7.0's Web Gallery script. The script handles the resizing, sharpening, and equalization of the images automatically. While this is certainly convenient for your author the results are not quite as nice as custom processing. |
