		Abstract: The goal of this study was to determine whether the house performs as intended by the owner/designer. Questions asked include: Is the building being used today as a passive solar home? Does the solar design provide energy savings as compared to conventional housing? What passive solar design strategies were part of the original design and how well have they worked over the years? What changes have been made to the house and how have they affected the performance of the building? Are the residents happy with the design?
