Scout Camp is on the outskirts of Philadelphia. It was designed by Bohlin, Cywinski &
Jackson Architects. The Program Center in the camp is an assembly building that is also intended to serve as an example of an environmentally responsive and energy efficient building. The goal of this study was to gain a better understanding of the qualities of
the physical environment within a building as well as its reaction with and response to
the exterior environment. The study examines the building's spatial, thermal, acoustical,
and visual environments and considers their integration in the building as a whole |
